Gull Lake Property Development is happy to announce their first initiative will be restoring 2460 Proton Ave - the former Gull Lake pharmacy building.

This historic building is currently owned by the Town of Gull Lake and has great potential to provide more professional, retail or short-term rental space in Gull Lake. Phase 1 will include restoring utilities, doors, windows and fixtures on the main level - to provide a blank canvas for businesses looking to set up in the space.
