Want to know what’s it like to live in Gull Lake?

Read this testimonial from a recent relocator.

When we retired in 2021 we moved to Gull Lake from Regina. We like the peace and quiet, how easy it is to get things done, the large lots, and the affordability. We love to go to sleep in the summer listening to nothing but the birds. On a summer morning it sounds almost tropical here with all the birds singing. It’s easy to find a doctor, or to get professional services. You can park right at the lawyer’s or accountant’s office and there’s no traffic on your way! The lots are a good size and most streets have a proper back lane. We built a detached garage that is larger than anything allowed in Regina for instance. Real estate is also about one third the price of the city. And if you are a sky watcher, you will have a front row seat to some glorious sunsets. If you enjoy the dark skies, there are very few street lights, so you can walk a few yards out of town and sit back to watch the Milky Way.
